I have not yet received the items. I was informed via email that the delivery address was incomplete, but the address is correct and has been used successfully for previous orders. Additionally, there was no attempt to contact me via my phone number. Despite being told my number is incorrect, I regularly receive promotional messages, which adds to the confusion.

This has been very inconvenient, and as of now, I have not received a clear update from the support team on when my items will arrive. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and communication can be improved in the future.
