Chest

With your child's arms relaxed at their sides, measure around the fullest part of their chest.

Waist

To find your child's natural waist, have them bend slightly to one side and measure at the crease.

Height

Have your child stand straight with their back against the wall - no shoes on and both feet together. Lightly mark the wall at top of your child’s head. Measure from the floor to the mark.
