Received wrong item, and after 14 days I still didn't received my order given that it is their mistake that I received wrong item. I paid PHP 150 for the delivery but their delivery service is very poor and hassle. It's better to order from other apps, cheaper delivery, easy returns, and faster. Didn't even receive any heads-up that the wrong item is for pickup already. The rider just call me when he was already at my place, no notification of schedule or any tracker was given to me.
Measuring yourself or someone else? Hold the measuring tape level with the floor - not too tight, not too loose.
