Poor quality in terms of tailoring. Buttonhole stitching already loose. Collar is floppy and has no interface within to stiffen it.
Measuring yourself or someone else? Hold the measuring tape level with the floor - not too tight, not too loose..
Measure around the base of your neck.
Place your hand on your hip. Start the tape at the center back of your neck, to your shoulder, around your elbow, and to your wrist.
With arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
