Bought some jeans online as I saw a good B1T1 9.9 sale, and thought that it's a good deal. Turns out, it wasn't and everything would turn into a NIGHTMARE.

First off, my order was delayed for 3 weeks for some unknown 'website issue'. That's alright, it happens. But when my order finally arrived:

1. The items don't fit even after following the website's sizing guide.

2. The quality of denim is SUPER CHEAP! I mean cheap as cheap as those you can buy in the malls kind of cheap! Old Navy used to have really great jeans! I guess gone are the days?

So I went on to request a return/refund, and lo and behold, I was asked to book the return of the product MYSELF and shoulder all the fees! How ridiculous for an SSI Group of company and international brand like Old Navy? Customers are asked to book the parcel deliveries themselves and ship the return items?? Even Lazada has a really good return/refund service, and this is the first time that I've been told to do this.

It's been a week now and I still haven't received any updates on my request. The entire process since ordering from 9.9 is already more than a month! 6 weeks and I am still chasing them for an update! Wow, what a waste of my time and energy.

Needless to say, I won't be ordering again. In any other SSI group brands as well, their service is shit!

I ordered from Gap online before and everything fit so that's why I didn't have a problem. So make sure that all your orders fit and won't have a problem so your online order will be pleasant. Otherwise, expect a never ending nightmare from their support.

the pants fit nicely. denim material is not as thick as i expected but the little bit of stretch is not bad. would repurchase.
