Why Is my shipment taking longer than usual?

Customers may experience shipping delays due to the volume of orders in our fulfillment centers during the peak season. For Metro Manila, you may place your orders before December 15 to receive your items before December 24, 2021. For provincial areas, you may place your orders before December 10 to receive your items before December 24, 2021.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status here and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. If your order is processing, we are working on it and will ship it as quickly as we can.

 

How can I make a return?

Items for return shall be accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Yes — we are open for business for our customers 24/7. We’re offering free shipping on all purchases of P4,000 or more.

 

How are you keeping your distribution centers safe?

We have increased the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts in our Distribution Centers. We’re recommending all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent handwashing, social distancing, staying home when sick, and pausing all non-essential work travel.Our stores also have the SAFETY SEAL certification, being compliant with the minimum public health standards set by the government and uses or contact tracing with StaySafe.ph.
