Measuring yourself or someone else? Hold the measuring tape level with the floor - not too tight, not too loose.
To find your child's natural waist, have them bend slightly to one side and measure at the crease.
With her feet approximately 6” apart, measure around the fullest part of her hips.
Measure the inside length of your child's leg from crotch to ankle.
Have your child stand straight with their back against the wall - no shoes on and both feet together. Lightly mark the wall at top of your child’s head. Measure from the floor to the mark.
