Poor customer service. Very frustrated and disappointed with your service. I have made multiple follow-ups regarding my other parcel, and I have not received any clear updates on the status of my shipment!!! I have contacted your customer service team several times, but each time, I have received vague responses without any concrete solution!!

To find your child's natural waist, have them bend slightly to one side and measure at the crease.
Have your child stand straight with their back against the wall - no shoes on and both feet together. Lightly mark the wall at top of your child’s head. Measure from the floor to the mark.
